Blush Ice Bar + East-West Kitchen

Bay Area restaurateurs Taylor Kim and Russ Fukushima are bringing their concept south. Centered around signature Blush cocktails, the food will focus on a blend of Eastern and Western ingredients — think sesame-soy-glazed chicken lollipops, umami bomb New York strip steaks and sushi tacos served alongside locally caught seafood. And the addition of ice in the name extends to the 18-seat raw bar and variety of cocktails served on the rocks or straight up.
