On New Year’s Eve, Blush Ice Bar | East West Kitchen will present an exclusive 4-course dinner to kick off your evening’s celebrations complete with a champagne toast at midnight for $70 per person. Choose one option from each course choice:
Oysters Rockefeller- garlic and spinach puree, parmesan veloute, fernet mist.
Stuffed steam Bok Choy- wok charred beef, pickled endive, shinko pear, hoisin glaze.
Maine Lobster Bisque- curry crema, grilled rosemary batard.
Chia crusted Ahi salad- napa cabbage, red thai tangerine vin, roasted edamame.
Miso Glazed Barramundi w Hon Shimeji risotto- Asian Seabass, shishito peppers, glazed carrots, baby shiitake ginger broth.
Petit Filet w Lobster tail- wasabi goat cheese mashed, chili garlic broccolini, rosemary pan drippings.
Chocolate Lavo cake- white pearl, Kona coffee creme anglaise, mint whip.
Green tea creme brulee- ginger pear sorbet, snap cookies, cinnamon foam.
